Combining the rich flavors of the Eastern Shore with the traditions of France, Bayside Bistro features the culinary creations of Chef Aaron, a Hoopers Island native and former waterman who went on to work at esteemed establishments such as The Inn at Little Washington, L’Auberge, and Glen Gordon Manor. Bayside Bistro currently offers lunch on Thursday and Friday, 12-3pm. Currently located at the Packing House, 411 Dorchester Ave., in Cambridge, Maryland – with plans for a separate bricks-and-mortar restaurant down the line. Dine in, carry out and Door Dash.
