Youth Fishing Fun Day

Bring the kids to Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge for a fun, free morning of beginner-friendly fishing on Saturday, June 6, from 9am to 1pm. Youth ages 15 and under can fish at Hog Range Pond behind the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad State Park, with poles and bait provided or families welcome to bring their own. Staff will be on hand to help, and the first 100 registered youths will receive a free hot dog lunch and goodies. Park at the Harriet Tubman UGRR State Park pavilion, 4068 Golden Hill Road, Church Creek, MD. Pets are not permitted. Call 410-228-2677 to pre-register.
