Requirements


I agree to the requirements outlined in the Heart of Chesapeake Country Heritage Area Grant Application Guidelines.

Important Notes:

  1. Heart of Chesapeake Country Heritage Area and Maryland Heritage Areas Authority must be acknowledged in any materials and in any publicity for a project funded by the HCCHA mini-grant.
  2. If the grant is for professional development, recipients must provide a summary of their experience within a month following the date of the event.
  3. Grant recipients will participate in a Grant Recipient Partnership Seminar TBD.
  4. Grant recipients will prepare a display about their project for the HCCHA awards reception in Fall 2025 and/or Fall 2026.
  5. If a mini-grant is approved, the recipient must complete a Final Report providing copies of paid invoices and expenditure receipts by the specified completion deadline.
  6. Project must be complete and Final Report submitted before mini-grant payment will be processed. The mini-grant payment is made as a reimbursement of the mini-grant portion of project expenditures.
