Where to Enjoy a Thanksgiving Dinner in Dorchester if You’re Not Cooking

Enjoy Thanksgiving Day with family and friends and let the professionals do the work. These Dorchester County restaurants are open Turkey Day and most are serving Eastern Shore specialties alongside traditional favorites. Please note, those serving buffets require reservations.

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay will serve an Eastern Shore-style buffet from 12 Noon to 5 pm. Enjoy seafood specialties – shucked oysters, shrimp cocktail, miso glazed salmon and diver scallops – or dine on traditional holiday favorites – carved turkey, ham and roast beef, a dozen sides, pasta bar, salad bar and freshly baked desserts. Old Salty’s Restaurant will serve a cornucopia of Chesapeake seafood plus a traditional Thanksgiving buffet from 12 Noon to 4 pm. Fish, soft crabs, fried oysters, and crab cakes star alongside turkey, ham and roast beef. Tossed salad, traditional sides and salads, assorted pies, cakes and brownies round out the buffet.
