  • Briefly describe your organization, its heritage tourism role, and how it connects to the Heart of Chesapeake Country Heritage Area's Strategic Plan, mission, goals, and/or interpretive themes.
  • List any any MHAA or Heritage Area grants you may have received in the past, or ways that you supported or connected with any Heritage Area programs, events or other Heritage Area partners.
  • What is the urgency of your operating fund request? If funding is not secured, what specific adverse effects will the organization experience?
