A third-generation watermen from Hoopers Island, Johnny has crabbed and oystered on the Chesapeake for more than 30 years. Most recently, he co-founded Blue Oyster Environmental, whose mission is to foster the economic and environmental health of the Chesapeake Bay through the acceleration of the oyster aquaculture industry.
