Groove City Studio is proud to welcome to the stage Nikki Hill and her band on Saturday, July 20. Nikki is the real deal. With her stylish retro look and and unique chemistry with the band, you’ll feel like you’re in a juke joint back in 1954. There’s gonna be rockabilly shouts, Sunday morning gospel, down in the basement blues and some rebel punk. Think Amy Winehouse meets Etta James! The Minneapolis Tribune said “If Tina Turner and Little Richard had a baby, and raised her with uncles James Brown and Chuck Berry – she’d be Nikki Hill.”
Tickets cost $25 in advance; this will be a sell out.
Doors open at 6:30pm, 516 Race Street, the home of WHCP Radio. Beer and wine cash bar plus Ms. T. will be in the house with her fine desserts!
Address: 516 Race St., Cambridge, MD
