Reading Socials are a great way to support literacy and encourage reading. Children have an array of books to read to someone or have someone read to them. We offer one free book per Reading Social to take home to build their home library. Themed-based art projects are also included in our socials. Our Reading Socials are free literacy support for our community and free for children 12 and under. However, we do not turn older children away. We create a fun environment to read, connect, be creative, and enjoy healthy snacks.
