 has\nbeen proud to show you the best that comes from our boot-sucking\nmar
 shes and the flowing water that surrounds them. Most of all\, we\nwant to 
 share the unique spirit and character of our hard working\npeople\, who ke
 ep one foot in a technologically savvy world and the\nother stuck deep in 
 our traditional old school ways.\n\nThe two-day event ranges from pageants
  to name Miss Outdoors and\nLittle Miss and Mister Outdoors\, to world cha
 mpionship muskrat\nskinning. Plus lots of contests – log sawing\; duck\,
  goose\, and\nturkey calling\; trap setting\; raccoon skinning\; oyster sh
 ucking\, and\nmore. Plus game cooking demo\, K-9 demo\, kids' oyster race\
 , kids'\ncrafts\, and more. \n\nYou also have the opportunity to sample l
 ocal muskrat prepared the\ntraditional way on Saturday while supplies last
 . \n\nDuring your visit to the Outdoor Show we hope that you learn about\
 nthis area in much the same way as our first settlers did when they\ndisco
 vered the Indians who were willing to share their knowledge of\ntrapping\,
  skinning\, fur dealing\, hunting\, fishing\, crabbing and\noystering. As 
 you view the exhibits\, sample the food\, and observe the\nenthusiasm of t
 he people involved in the events\, we hope you will gain\nan appreciation
