 t menus. Chesapeake Bay magazine even wrote a story\nabout yock and its re
 gional variations. As the magazine writes\,\n“Cambridge yock… is made 
 from spaghetti noodles\, tomato-based\nsauce\, soy\, and sometimes Worcest
 ershire sauce. Added to the mix is a\nchoice of meat\, a squirt of ketchup
 \, some onions\, and a hard-boiled\negg to top off the dish. It is seasone
 d with salt and pepper\, hot\nsauce\, and tomato sauce on top.” That’s
