The Groove City Culture Fest – organized by the Groove City Black Heritage & Culture Group – is one of the largest art and culture festivals of its kind on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
The 3-day event includes the following:
- August 19 – Meet and Greet at the Elks Lodge #223 from 8pm to 12am. Live Band: Best Kept Soul and DJ. Advance tickets $18. Buy tickets. 618 Pine Street, Cambridge, MD.
- August 20 – Street Festival from 1pm – 9pm. Kidzone, 2 stages of performances. Performances by Ruff Endz (6pm) and Zion Reggae Band (4:30pm) (Admission $20). In and around the 600 block of Pine Street in Cambridge, MD.
- August 21 – The Tyrone & Agnes Seymore Basketball Tournament at the Nursery from 3pm – 9pm.
