*Tips to start your journey through family history research*
The Dorchester County Historical Society is hosting a presentation to help participants discover and organize family history and genealogy materials. This workshop is designed for those just starting out on their journey by providing foundational skills that could lead to more in-depth research discoveries.
Sue Brenchley will lead this workshop. She has been involved with genealogy and family history research for over 30 years and is a member of several lineage societies and a member of DCHS. Feel free to bring information you may have already collected as well as a device for notetaking or researching.
