Serving traditional French cuisine in the heart of historic Cambridge, Maryland. This one-of-a-kind restaurant’s culinary inspiration comes from the Picardy region of France, infused with local flavors such as crab and oyster.
While the menu changes with the season, this French bistro has offered such starters such as duck confit with black lentils, celery, and port reduction; and entrees such as steak frites and braised pork shank with turnips, kale, and mustard jus.
